Malolactic fermentation in barrel. 12 months in new French oak barrels
Tasting notes:
Intense cherry colour, medium-high body.
The black fruit and damp earth aromas stand out, as well as the marmalade and liqueur-soaked cherries, which are assembled with clean wood which boosts its minerality and toasted tones.
On the palate it is intense and well balanced. Its sweet and powerful tannins are balanced by its freshness. The taste in the mouth is wide, slow and elegant, leaving a complex and persistent aftertaste, with reminiscence of fruit and mineral flavours, along with marked notes of liquorice.
